Pionite Thick Phenolic Core
Laminate is designed for applications where the decorative surface
must contribute to the structural stability of the finished assembly.
Thick Phenolic Core Laminate is available in the following configurations:
decorative both sides; decorative one side, glueable one side; glueable
both sides.

Pionite Fire Rated laminate
is designed for interior horizontal and vertical applications where
a decorative surface must resist combustion and inhibit smoke production.
Fire Rated laminate, Type K, retains the durability, ease of cleaning,
and appearance (including color) of standard Pionite laminate. Pionite
Fire Rated laminate is classified in the U.S. and Canada by Underwriters
Laboratory, Inc. under File R6581. Pionite Fire Rated Backing Sheets
are also available and provide fire ratings equal to fire rated
decorative laminate of the same thickness.
HI-WEAR LAMINATE
TYPE/THICKNESS: I48 (.048) / I60 (.060)
Hi-Wear laminate is designed
for applications requiring increased abrasion and scuff resistance.
The product offers over five times the wear resistance of standard
grade laminate.
MICASTAT
TYPE/THICKNESS: A28 (.028) / A38 (.036)
Micastat is an electrostatic
dissipative laminate designed for work surfaces in the manufacture
and assembly of static-sensitive electronic components. Micastat
offers the user a static safe work surface with the performance
of a high pressure decorative laminate.

back): M33 (.035)
Pionite Metallic surfaces
are available in two different constructions:
All Metal: Pionite solid metals are aluminum sheets
with an anodized finished surface to provide optimum decorative
qualities.
Phenolic Back: Pionite phenolic back metallic laminates
combine the aesthetics of solid metal with the ease of application
of regular decorative laminates.
