Terms of Sale

TERMS: 1% 10 days from date of invoice or 30 days net, unless otherwise noted on Sales Order.  F.O.B. shipping point.  In teh event of buyer's default of any obligation to us we may, at our option cancel this order or delay shipments thereunder without liability for costs or expenses arising out of cancellation or delay.  Service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on past due accounts.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All orders of special nature, size, thickness, face, core or cut, are subject to special quotation and may not be canceled after acceptance by us.  We reserve the right to require 50% of advance payment on such orders.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted by mills or warehouses unless previously authorized by us in writing and shall be subject to a handling charge, and must be accompanied by the invoice number.

DELAYS: All orders are accepted subject to delays due to strikes or the disturbances, fire, flood, shortage of materials, delays in transit, force majeure, government priority or other regulations, delay or failure by our supplier to deliver or other causes beyond our control.

ESTIMATES: Assistance by your employees in estimating required quantities of material and approximate cost thereof is available with the understanding that the company shall not be liable for errors in such estimates nor shall be committed to a quotation nor a delivery date.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: We assume no responsibility for damage in transit.

OUR GUARANTEE: We do not guarantee waterproof plywood on outside work unless specifically recommended by us in writing, nor do we grarantee plywood agaianst checking or warping.  In all events our liability is limited to replacement of the merchandise or the invoice value of any material claimed to be defective.  All claims for obvious defects must be made in writing within five days of receipts omerchandise.

WARRANTIES: Seller warrants that the prices and other conditions of sale do not violate any applicable government order in regulation. No charge in or modification of these terms of sale shall be valid and except as set forth herein, seller has made no warranty of representation express or implied relative to the merchandise covered by this order.

COLLECTIONS: Customer to pay all fees required to collect past due accounts, etc.
